Mobridge South Dakota Is WAY Behind The Curve
It is really no big secret that Mobridge, SD is not the city on the cutting edge of anything. There recent ordinance restricting pit bull ownership is not different. While other more progressive cities across the nation are abandoning Breed Specific Legislation, Mobridge is climbing onto the bandwagon; one that has long since left the station.
