If Denver Can’t Find The Pit Bull How Can Mobridge
Denver, CO, has had a ban on pit bulls in place for many years so they should be experts at determining the breed os suspected pit bulls, right? No, a recent court case has determined that the so-called experts in Denver cannot accurately identify a dog’s breed 100% of the time.
Mobridge, SD, somehow thinks that they can do better than Devver in enforcing their recently approved pit bull ordinance even though they have no dog warden or animal control officer.
